The breakfast choices were generous with cake, eg cheese plus ham. The staff was flexible, took good care of everyone.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were large with incredible views. Everything was perfectly organised and the staff were friendly efficient. I had a generous breakfast. The location was exceptionally nice for traveling around Aosta, just next door to short walk to ski lift to Pila, Aosta's pedestrian area and restaurants, and the mountains. I tried quick meals at Puburger, within 500 metres of the property. The ambiance was family and I truly enjoyed every second of the perfectly pleasant time here.

The breakfast with cake and cheese, for instance is generous for what is offered.

We found everything perfectly organised, recommend it to anyone. Clean place and perfect location, truly enjoyed professional staff. We could get everywhere using a gondola station close to the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The hotel had a beautiful design, with stunning artwork done by a local artist. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large double bed and a single bed for our party of three. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a great shower and excellent water pressure. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us when our coach was unexpectedly cancelled. They provided us with recommendations for shopping and restaurants and were always polite and accommodating. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to bring our dog along. Additionally, the on-street parking was convenient and affordable. we had a great experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

They offer extremely spacious, fantastic rooms with large bathrooms, air conditioning and mountain view. The decoration is unique. The service is great, includes secure parking🙂

Beds were small.

Had a decent size room with fast internet connection, and I couldn't ask for more. I could use a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe.

omama hotel was a pleasant surprise in aosta. the interior design was funky, beds were super comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. great value for money!

Aircon didn't work properly.

The hotel provides a terrific service. My must haves' are a neat, fantastic room with a great view, fast internet connection, as example.

omama hotel in aosta was even better than expected! spotless, comfy beds, and excellent service. close to old town, bus & train stations, and ski lift. nearby restaurants are affordable. highly recommend!

The place was reasonably priced. The stay here was fairly nice, really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with marvellous and pleasant location adjacent to the main centre, a market on tuesday and saturdays, and the train station, bus station picturesque old town and the gondolier. Everyone working at this colourful and wonderful property was affable!
